Having trouble with your Fuelcraft ATG Website Portal? Below are a series of Frequently Asked Questions by portal users with answers supplied. However, if is any of these questions and answers aren't of assistace to your immediate needs or dont seem to be able to provide the depth you require please call your Liquip Victoria Account Manager for assistance.
1. What type of ATGs (brands) can feed data to the portal and present it?
Please call the Engineering and Technical Servcies division at Liquip Victoria for assistance.
2. What is a facility?
A facility is a bulk liquid storage location where a tank or a number of tanks have been placed.
3. How many facilities can I have listed in the portal?
The funcationality allows any number of facilities to be listed.
4. How many tanks can I list on my portal?
The functionality allows any number of tanks to be listed in your portal. Each tank will be listed and grouped under the facility it is located at.
5. How do I set-up a Fuelcraft ATG Live Portal for one or more of my bulk liquid storage facilities?
Please email sales@liquipvictoria.com.au or call (03) 9331 7822 and make a request to meet with a Liquip Victoria Bulk Storage Account Manager. He or she can then discuss your requirements.
6. My Fuelcraft ATG Live Portal appears to have stopped reporting?
Please contact sales@liquipvictoria.com.au, advising us of the loss of reporting. A member of the Liquip Victoria Engineering and Technical Servcies division will contact you to assist with the problem.
7. How do I add another portal 'user' to my portal?
To add a another portal 'user' please fill out and send back to sales@liquipvictoria.com.au the ‘Add an additional portal user’ form. (This form can be downloaded from the list below).
8. How do I add a new 'facility' to my portal?
To add a new facility simply fill out and send back to sales@liquipvictoria.com.au the ‘Add a New Facility’ form.

9. How to I add a new 'tank' to an existing facility on my portal?
To add a new tank simply fill out and send back to sales@liquipvictoria.com.au the ‘Add a New Tank to a Facility’ form.

10. How do I remove a facility from the portal?
To remove a facility from the portal please e-mail sales@liquipvictoria.com.au
11. How do I remove a tank from a facility?
To remove an existing tank from a facility on the portal please contact sales@liquipvictoria.com.au
12. Can the portal send me reports and present live data on the filling (deliveries) and emptying of a tank?
Currently you cannot view the tank history, alerts, emptying and filling data, but this functionality is being developed. Our development team has planned for this functionality and it will be made available in the future. However, regarding reporting, the portal can send (via e-mail) a 'Low Level Tank Alert.' This automated e-mail alert can be set to advise that the level of any nominated tank has fallen below a certain volume and requires a planned response.
13. Are their any costs associated to having a portal?
No, the portal is a FREE service offered to Liquip Victoria customers who’ve set-up remote tank monitoring gauges from a selected list of available ATGs, puchased from Liquip Victoria. Costs may apply for non-specified ATGs and ATGs not purchased from Liquip Victoria.
14. Can I change the parametres (levels) of a tank?
Yes. Please e-mail sales@liquipvictoria.com.au or call (03) 9331 7822 the team, requesting this change and they'll assist.
15. Why can I find the forms to make updates to my portal?
You can download the forms here form this website (see below) or email sales@liquipvictoria.com.au or call (03) 9331 7822 and make a request to have them sent to you.
